Pet Fee $400 (addition $200 for second pet), Pet Rent $20 (per pet per month). Combined weight may not exceed 100 pounds.
We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. All animals must be approved by management prior to coming on the property. We do not allow visiting pets. A current veterinarian report stating age, weight, & up to date vaccinations will be required for each animal as well as a picture. For new move-ins, these documents are required before the application for residency will be approved. Vaccination history will be due with each renewal. Examples of the restricted canine breeds are Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Cur/Pit Bull Terrier/ Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Wolf-hybrid, or a mix with any of the above. Exotic animals are prohibited.
